The Cambridge Sushi Company provides high quality Sushi in black bento boxes for canteens and also provides outside catering with a difference for weddings, private parties, May Balls and corporate events. The Sushi is available to order, or to pick up from the premises in Haverhill. We are there Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 1.30pm.. For pick up orders outside these hours please phone. We normally require 24 hours notice for ordering. The Sushi trays start from £23.00 and set lunches for £4.50 a head (minimum 5 people). Delivery is free to the Cambridge area, Mon. to Fri between 9.00am and 2.30pm, see our link outside catering, or news. Delivery at weekends and evenings is also possible, starting with a minimum order of three trays. Many people have discovered the benefits of eating the "world's healthiest fast food" It is low in fat, made entirely with natural ingredients and high in Omega oils and vitamins.

The Cambridge Sushi Company was founded by jazz singer, Duncan Galloway (Pasadena Roof Orchestra) and classically trained opera singer, Bon Hi Kim. Duncan has appeared at jazz festivals such as Upton Upon Severn, Pori in Finland. and has sung with the Pasadena Roof Orchestra at major venues such as the Queen Elizabeth Hall, Kew Gardens (Jazz on a Summer's day), Hamburg Musikhalle, and a 10 week tour of the USA including a sell out concert at the Ambassadors Theatre Pasadena. He has also appeared as a headline cabaret on the Queen Mary 2, and on the German luxury liners the MS Deutschland and the MS Europa.

She gave her operatic debut as "Pamina" in Mozarts "The Magic Flute" performing this role over 250 times. She has also sung many other major roles in Opera houses throughout Europe. She has performed as a soloist with the NDR Hamburg WDR and SWF Baden Baden Symphony Orchestras, and the Cologne Philharmonic. Bon Hi came to live in England three years ago and has been busy with the business. A future concert, however, has not been completely ruled out.
