The Cambridge Sushi Company is run by Bon Hi Kim and Duncan Galloway. Set up in 2007, Cambridge Sushi is the brainchild of Bon Hi who was frustrated by the poor quality sushi that was all she could find when she came to the UK in 2005.  She set up a stall at Cambridge market and as a result of its success, especially among the university students, she movCamb_Sushi__068ed on to larger premises.

A classical singer for all her professional life, Bon Hi has travelled the world with her singing and performed in many of the major opera houses. Now she has settled in Haverhill, near Cambridge, and is determined to share the delights of sushi that she learned from her mother in South Korea using recipes handed down over generations. Duncan is also a singer; he is a major attraction on the big band and dance orchestra circuit and when he’s not touring the world performing to huge audiences (and the Queen at Buckingham Palace!) he’s helping Bon Hi to run the business.
