I have put a few more entries on our Testimonials link. We are also supplying three canteens at Anglia Ruskin University from the autumn term. Please note we have reduced our prices for party trays! SUSHI WRAPS We are producing for 2008 some new products, namely Sushi Wraps, Salmon and
Chicken Teriyaki and a vegetarian Sushi wrap (made with delicious shiitake
mushrooms). It's rather like a tortilla wrap
but made with seaweed sushi rice, and salad. All the nutritional benefits of
Sushi, low fat and delicious!
We are also producing some Tortilla Wraps for canteens using some of our fresh salmon from Billingsgate and prawns that we get there. Bon Hi has also created a Bulgoggi wrap, marinated pork Korean style with salad in a tortilla wrap.
We are appearing on the Haverhill Enterprise website! It is a promotional brochure produced together with St. Edmundsbury Council to encourage businesses to expand, or indeed move to Haverhill.
Sushi Bento Boxes. We are producing some new products at Origin8 on St. Andrews Street. We have created some original sushi using Origin8's locally sourced ingredients, things such as Asparagus or mange tout Nigiri, or locally smoked Salmon nigiri. Our Sushi boxes are now available during the week at Thoroughbreads 2 Orwell Furlong off Cowley Road Cambridge as well as stocking up the shelves at Essentialz on Hills Road (near the Belvedere). They are also at Judges Business school, The University Library , the University Buttery (open to the public on Sidgwick Road), The Computer Labs, and the Maths Cafe.
CAMBRIDGE SCIENCE PARK We have hit the road and decided to bring the Sushi Boxes onto the Science and business parks. We were engaged on one or two private functions, and were encouraged by the people working there who told us that they were pleased to see something other than sandwiches coming to their offices. We are currently on the parks on Mondays and Wednesdays between the hours of 10.00am to 12.30pm. If we do not call to your offices, or have been spam filtered by your receptionist, please Email us with your requirements and we will pop around!
We have also recently appeared at the very beautiful Audley End House for the wedding of Rebecca Coverdale and Darren Issacs on the 1st Sept. My camera broke, and I was away singing again, this time in sunny Scarborough. I do have some pictures coming (of the wedding, not of Scarborough)... watch this space. This
year we appeared at 5 May Balls, Hughes Hall, Selwyn College, Jesus College,
Clare College and a first for us Trinity College at Oxford. A thank you to the
Committees for their continued faith in us. It was very nice to appear at
Oxford, I tried to cover up the light blue, on our fish logo ;-) someone spotted
the link once, but otherwise I got away with it.
