We have devised three set menus for three different budgets, Gold Silver and Bronze. The Sushi can be supplied only at the quoted prices, or are available made up at your event at a sushi bar, by our sushi chefs, please ask for prices and availability.

BRONZE

Charged at £5.00 per head

Silver

  • 1 Salmon Nigiri
  • 1 King Prawn
  • 1 Blue Fin Tuna
  • 1 Inari
  • 2 California Rolls
  • 1 Futomaki Roll

Charged at £6.40 per head

GOLD

  • 1 Salmon Nigiri
  • 1 Blue fin Tuna
  • 1 king Prawn Nigiri
  • 1 Inari
  • 1 Unagi (sea eel cooked in a special marinade)
  • Salmon Caviar (Keta, served with nori and rice)
  • Tuna and Salmon Sashimi
  • 3 Hosomaki

Charged at £10.90 per head

All three menus are served with fresh pickled ginger, Wasabi and Soy Sauce.
